Last updated: September 2026
These Terms govern your use of VC Focal Point's website and services. By requesting a consultation or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
VC Focal Point provides cinematic video production, conversion-focused landing pages, automated lead follow-up, calendar booking, CRM pipeline tracking, and performance reporting for service businesses in Ventura County, California.
Engagements & Payment
- Strategy & Setup, Production Launch, and Monthly Growth Retainer engagements are scoped in a written proposal.
- Setup and project fees are due per the proposal; monthly retainers are billed in advance.
- Payments are processed through Stripe or Square. Fees are non-refundable once work has begun unless stated otherwise in your proposal.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, timely access, content approvals, and brand assets needed to deliver the work. Delays in approvals or materials may affect timelines.
Content & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered videos, pages, and assets created for you. VC Focal Point retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies only with your written permission. You grant us a limited license to use your brand, logo, and content as needed to produce and deliver the services.
Testimonials & Case Studies
With your permission, we may publish testimonials, results, and case studies based on our work together. You may revoke permission in writing.
No Guaranteed Results
Marketing and advertising results vary. Any metrics shown as examples or samples are illustrative and not a guarantee of future results. We optimize for inquiries, bookings, show-up rate, and revenue—not vanity metrics.
Cancellations & Pauses
Monthly retainers may be cancelled or paused with written notice as defined in your proposal. Setup and project fees are not refundable for work already completed.
Confidentiality
We treat your business information as confidential and will not share it with competitors.
Term & Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement for material breach with written notice. Upon termination, you owe payment for work completed through the termination date.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in Ventura County, California.
